Daci A This is a stupid movie and a waste of time! To take a small boat into waters unknown with no water or food and then get stuck on a tiny island with wife and kid for 2 nights and 3 days and no one shows any sign of sunburn....what? Then when supposed help arrives the "hero" tells the bad guy he is a doctor!!! Why not say he is a bus driver with no money and then to not even try to bargain with the abductor!!!! And while the bad guy separates the family the "dad' seems as cool as a cucumber and showing very little signs of concern for wife and kid? Give me a break!!!!! Dislike: TLDR: typical suspect suspenseful movie with dumb/ignorant protagonist. So many plot holes that any reasonable cognizant traveler would have paid attention to. Renting a boat you always verify starting process, understand common compass direction, HAVE A PHONE, and bring food AND water before leaving shore. Once they were stuck on the first island and could not start boat a decision was made to leave island to drift aimlessly with no food or water? No attempt to start a fire with gasoline and spark plug caps at hand. No attempt to distill water or drink seawater which can keep someone alive for a few days.
