      Audience Member if you're into low budget late 80s early 90s action this is a good movie. if not you'll probably think it sucks & you'd be right but why not have a sense of humor instead. if you're feeling right abt straight to video cop movies. much too long & very awkward sex scene between the cop that's always wearing a members only jacket & newly blinded artist who is the eyewitness(LOL). this movies stinks just right.
