Ye filme Lobnani darbareye yek shabe tabestanye yek marde javan va dustanash. "Zendegy mesle ye falafel mimune, un falafeli ke yeho az ghablameye roghani mizane birun, uni ke shabihe falafel haye dige nist...

I enjoyed this film. Its about a young Lebanese guy (Toufir) in beirut. He was attacked after an argument. He then tries to seek revenge. It rains falafel! Weird but good.

In actual fact, Falafel is a traditional Lebanese fastfood. The movie is about the life of a young Lebanese man Tevfik, his relationships with his family, friends and love affairs .A section of his life that he travels with his motorbike in the Beirut Streets in a summer evening and what happened is staged in the movie. The film actually tells about the post-war Beirut and eccentricities of it. I hope I have a chance to watch this beatiful and candid film over again.

Someone tell me what this movie was about? Enjoyable, free-wheeling,hints at the effects of war in beirut, and subtle in its message.
