s.e. smith Bitch Media The Crimes of Grindelwald's lack of awareness goes much deeper than a mere miscasting, Mar 11, 2021 Full Review Roxana Hadadi Chesapeake Family Magazine Certain characters spend all of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald barely doing anything, and the wide-open nature of the ending in particular cheapens the preceding film. Rated: 2.5/5 Feb 7, 2019 Full Review Pamela Hutchinson Sight & Sound The befuddling parade of Potterishness, including a nostalgic excursion to Hogwarts, is powered by a corresponding excess of plot. Rated: 4 Nov 22, 2018 Full Review Kate Boyle InSession Film Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald is a decent addition to J.K. Rowling’s universe. I think I still like the first one more. It’s obviously a bit of a filler film, which some people may not like, but I don’t have a problem with. Rated: B Mar 8, 2023 Full Review Ash Jefferson But Why Tho? A Geek Community Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald was a disappointment. They tried to accomplish so many things and in the end, they accomplished nothing. David H A bit long, but still a great movie. It's also a must-see for Harry Potter fans because it's filled with backstory information regarding most of the H.P characters. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/01/22 Full Review G Wife loved it, so I do to naturally. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/31/21 Full Review Nick R Very boring, and lacking all of the fun in the first movie as well as the rest of the Harry Potter movies. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 10/10/24 Full Review naim c A little better than meh. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 10/07/24 Full Review David R The first Fantastic Beasts movie was very enjoyable and promising, but this film destroyed the series right after it started. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 09/19/24 Full Review Zachary A The rating of this absolutely confounds me lol this movie is so good!! Of the 3 this is probably my favorite. The story is lovely, acting is great, special effects, all of it. I particularly loved how they tied multiple characters and storylines to the Harry Potter series. Overall it’s just really pretty and exciting so I have no idea where all the negativity is coming from. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 09/05/24 Full Review Read all reviews
