Transported to an alternate universe, four young outsiders gain superhuman powers as they alter their physical form in shocking ways. Every single aspect of this movie is bad. It's poor casting, bad direction, terrible writing, awful portrayal of Dr. Doom, bad effects, and boring action. There is nothing redeemable about this garbage at all.
