Tonally, the film is all over the place & overplays its own quirkiness to often irritating effect - but as a showcase for Gaudio's mastery of different cinematic forms, it's an impressive calling card. It also, appropriately, comes with a good ending

The animation part in clay-motion is just great. The story is surreal and unconventional, but can touch deeper chords. It's well acted and directed.

Film coraggioso per la complessità della sua idea. Esteticamente molto piacevole e fantasioso. La sua cripticità iniziale riesce a creare interesse nonostante una recitazione spesso non all'altezza. La storia però non decolla e anzi arrivata al suo climax emotivo si affloscia perdendo di vitalità (e qui mostra delle forti carenze di scrittura). Si giunge così a un finale incompiuto che strizza l'occhio al tema affrontato e che, non ricucendo intenzionalmente le fila della storia, perde anche l'occasione di risollevare le sorti del film. Insomma un concept audace "vigliaccamente" lasciato incompiuto.
