Linda and Al Lerner Movies and Shakers This is an eye-opening, thought-provoking film presenting effective evidence that a "no-fat or low-fat" diet may have been leading us to more diabetes and obesity for decades. Pascal Z Well-made, astounding documentary about the errors of our nutrition guidelines. This book has all the facts, links to her studies & research. Think this is BS? Check out the FACTS. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/15/23 Full Review Kristina M This documentary should be watched by every single person living in the United States. Actually, it should be watched by anyone and everyone who eats. What a game changer! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/12/22 Full Review Audience Member An absolute must-watch eye-opening life-changing experience for everyone. A blueprint to reverse one of the most deranged lies in human history: the high-carb diet. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member My wife and I have been on keto/low-carb diet for about the last 4 months and we can testify it works! My wife is diabetic and we've watched her blood sugars stabilize. She has dropped a med and her insulin use has also gone down! I lost weight. So when we saw the part in the movie about the diet we could only nod in agreement. What we didn't know was the history of how our medical establishment could be so wrong - that was very eyeopening! As others have said, watch this movie it could save your life! The only thing missing in this movie was a low carb pioneer, Dr. Richard K. Bernstein. He is an 87 year old type 1 diabetic doctor and endocrinologist. It is a miracle he is still alive being a type 1 diabetic from his generation. And then being able to turn around and save so many other lives is astounding! His absence was the only reason I marked the movie down a star. You can have all the studies and counter-studies you want. You can have testimonials from people, but then have it countered by people saying the diet is dangerous and short term. But to have living, breathing, and very very knowledgeable proof like Dr. Bernstein saying it works is hard to deny!
