He doesn't end up doing so and the two take a road trip and help each other through their troubles and issues. "Finding North" is an offbeat love story between two people from completely different worlds. It's about finding what you need, even from places you don't expect.

fiercely independent film about a gay man and a crazy woman exploring the nature of human relations in Denton. Yeah, its in Denton, but that doesn't make it much better. There are some touching moments, but its a bit overacted and canned. All the Texans are kind of one dimensional.
