Richard Whittaker Austin Chronicle 07/11/2020
3/5
The claustrophobia of our pandemic digital existence adds to the later scenes... moreover, the reveal for why Mike is so determined to do something so dumb as wake the dead adds a surprising poignancy to the well-executed chills. Go to Full Review
Dennis Harvey Variety 06/25/2020
It's seldom that a found-footage horror movie pulls some new tricks in that overtaxed subgenre, and "Followed" runs no risk of being any such exception to the tedious rule. Go to Full Review

While Followed won't lead you to any conclusions that you can't get reach by yourself, it's sometimes fun getting there anyway. Go to Full Review
Paul Lê Tales from the Paulside 07/20/2023

The scares are sometimes effective, but, most importantly, the filmmakers’ ability to humanize their off-putting protagonist shouldn’t go unnoticed. It’s that extra effort that seals the ending’s level of success. Go to Full Review
Cody Dericks Next Best Picture 07/05/2022
5/10

Carp S 6d This had a fair story line, like that the protagonist was a non believer so he wasn't afraid. There was a little too much of the camera shaking, too much of the movie relied on this and not the story line. The story line was good, a little confusing, needed to go further with the subplot. They have you going in one direction and then chaos. If you like chaos, tons of scrambled camera action and have a good imagination this one might be for you. See more Will C Mar 7 Man, they really got the annoying vlogger personas down. The plot was nothing new, and any 'twists' were painfully obvious, but it was a fun enough watch. Sort of odd that this movie about how exploitative these kinds of people are just openly parodies a real hotel with real deaths, but sure. See more thy a Feb 11 The acting/lines in this are unbearable and it’s never redeemed by anything that happens in it. I guess it’s fun bad but it’s mostly just bad bad.
