Audience Member Ironically, I was debating with a friend about why I believe in marriage rights for homosexuals. Not knowing Charlene Strong's story, I told her very tale as why I so strongly believe in this right. When I watched this documentary, my heart broke for Charlene. What she went through was exactly what I feared would happen if homosexuals were not allowed the right to marry. This film was not preachy or "in your face" politically. It was about who you love and who should be making those final decisions. If you are against marriage rights for gays & lesbians, I challenge you to watch this.
