Andrew Roth plays the morally ambiguous lead. Highly entertaining to watch, he is just as adept with dry-humor-line delivery as he is with deeply emotional moments and physical comedy. The head realtor delivered some of the best lines and became one of my favorite characters. Claire, a supporting character, has some of the most entertaining reactions to events. While there are refreshingly unpredictable turns, including a surprising ending, the story stays consistently on plot, something that often goes awry with lower budget films.
