Audience Member Great cast & great fun! I don't know why this got such low scores/ reviews because it was ridiculously entertaining like the Series Fargo meets Shameless Rated 3 out of 5 stars 05/30/22 Full Review Audience Member This movie is actually not so bad, it is funny and entertaining and has some great performances by especially Marlon Brando, Charlie Sheen and Thomas Haden Church. For me, only watching Marlon Brando in this performance is entertaining enough. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member This was a very confusing and unpleasant experience. I forgot why I added this movie to my queue, and I didn't recognise Marlon Brando (I kept thinking "Wait, is that Brando? No, definitely not, looks nothing like him") so the closing credits were a bit shocking. Also shocking? The rest of the movie. Jesus... I don't think I have the space or the patience to detail all the ways it's terrible, but it's probably best exemplified by the trained FBI agent being whacked on the head with her own shoe by a fat old man while he calls her a dyke. And that's the action denouement. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Not the greatest film, but features a decent cast and is one of Brando's final performances. Cameo at the end of the film almost redeems the whole movie... Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Despite being funny, Free Money it's a nothing recommendable movie with a poor screenplay and a weak performance by Brando. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member a hoot 'n' a hollar 'n' seriously dumb: was supposed to be, kids! Lots of inside jokes and schtick. John Leonard New York Magazine/Vulture Yves Simoneau and scriptwriters Joseph Brutsman and Tony Peck are aiming for a Fargo sort of farce. What they achieve is more like Wayne's World meets Winesburg, Ohio at the corner of Twin Peaks and Peyton Place. But Marlon and Mira make it hum.
