John DeFore The Hollywood Reporter While some characters on the ever-escalating guest list provide... welcome comic distraction, this day-to-night hangout pic doesn't really take flight. Oct 23, 2020 Full Review Guy Lodge Variety Heavier on high spirits than actual humor, this undemanding, Ben Stiller-produced film settles for sitcom-level catharsis and lessons learned. Oct 22, 2020 Full Review Lovia Gyarkye New York Times The ensemble cast... carries the film at every turn. These delightful performances prevent the film's antics from being dizzying and overwrought. Oct 22, 2020 Full Review Richard Crouse Richard Crouse An old formula and despite some winning performances -- many from the stand-up comics who migrated down from the Comedy Store -- it feels as stale as Thanksgiving's left-over stuffing. Rated: 2.5/5 Jan 29, 2021 Full Review Carey-Ann Pawsey Orca Sound Instead of the light and fluffy comedy I was thinking I was in for I got a mess. A story which skipped from one thing to the next without doing anything right. Or even close to right. Rated: 2/5 Dec 21, 2020 Full Review Sean P. Means The Movie Cricket Unfortunately, the only laughter heard during "Friendsgiving" are from the cast in the outtakes over the closing credits. At least somebody had fun. Hannah B I can’t believe this only got one star?? Sure the editing and production quality was bad but the cast was great, and the writing was the perfect amount of shitty that made it funny. The layering of chaotic plot lines and no resolution at the end was surprisingly enjoyable. Would recommend this as a great pick to watch while h*gh on Thanksgiving. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/29/24 Full Review Brian B One of the worst movies ever created. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/22/24 Full Review Audience Member Usually I remember terrible movies. How I forgot this one beats me. Horrible across the board. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 11/23/23 Full Review Steve D Love the cast but the script is a complete mess. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 11/11/23 Full Review tony b Wow they should have paid me to watch that. Nothing to like about this movie.
