Audience Member A film with profound motifs but poorly executed. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member the first serious work of Maggie Cheung, after dozens of meaningless chick-flick. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Full Moon in New York is plainly the work of a director who has outgrown the traditional Hong Kong fast way of making movies, but is evidently not mature enough for grand cinematic achievments. Both script and main characters seem a bit underdeveloped, allthough the pic's major problems might actually be the result of low budget and poor production. Only Sylvia Chang's character really comes alive on screen. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Read all reviews
