a bold folly, mixing genres and colour palettes with all the desultory visual flair of a Jodorowsky film, but with none of the Chilean director's intelligence or depth of ideas. So it's Shallowwalkers really... Go to Full Review

There is so much mad potential in GallowWalkers, but the finished product never becomes more than a bunch of crazy nonsense thrown into a blender, poured into a movie script, and strung together through the most tenuous causal links. Go to Full Review

Much like the undead beings Snipes is hunting, Gallowwalkers just won't stop - no matter how much you wish it would. Go to Full Review

Ezequiel T 06/18/2024 Still better than john wick 4 😂 there is great creativity in this movie. Something different, something no one would dare to create in 2024. Super entertaining. A movie for teenagers and kids with lots of blood. See more Ka M 08/01/2023 So much unrealised promise here. Apparently, 10 years in the making due to off screen difficulties and I'm watching it 11 years after it's release. Glad I didn't see it closer to ‘From Dusk till Dawn', which is perhaps the same genre. Visually decent, actors do okay and the plot is interesting, with direction and editing pretty good as well. It fails enough, though. Script is horrible too often and there is some truly dreadful dialogue. The best pacing and (usually) attention holding bits are highlights that are destroyed by lousy score (the worst and most prolific problem in film, for me). One of those movies I like by appreciating what the film makers were going after, but didn't quite get. If the score was removed, with a couple of re-edits this could easily be made twice as good as it is now (unfortunately, getting rid of the terrible wigs would probably be too expensive). I remember being bored to tears by ‘The Lost Boys'. I'd prefer this with just the score removed. See more Emilliano S @emill_santos 03/27/2023 Poor Wesley Snipes. If only Blade can save him See more 11/07/2021 They should compensate Snipes for such a ridiculous movie See more 06/13/2021 What's worse is it thinks its good! Totally incoherent, awful direction, the acting has no levels just ramped up to 11. You can't count the amount of stuff that doesn't make sense! Snipes is just Blade as a cowboy, the writer and director have clearly only ever heard descriptions of westerns and horror films, never seen a good one - my only redeeming feature is the great Derek Griffiths as a lizard skulled villain - now he's cool! See more 01/23/2021 weird movie I have to say worst movie I ever seen Wesley Snipes play in other than that gay BAPS See more Read all reviews
