As the British attempt to assert their authority in India, lawyer Mohandas Gandhi begins to peacefully protest against the encroaching colonists, with a stance on non-violence as iron-clad as his desire to give his people independence. A story of freedom, free-speech and the power of belief, we are introduced into the world of the influential leader who inspired a nation!
