Audience Member It's dumb but good timepass dumb. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member I thought of this a pilot for a tv series that could have great potential and sadly didn't get the chance. So I hope you get chance to watch this with your kids and enjoy a fun filled tv movie. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member HONESTLY, THIS MIGHT BE ONE OF MY FAVORITE MOVIES OF ALL TIME! (SPOILER WARNING) George and the Dragon (2004) is a cinematic masterpiece. There is nothing out there like it and I doubt there ever will be. (Wait, Shrek is a close second.) This film was ahead of its time. The symbolism was on point with current events that happened 12 years later. Remember those few months in 2016 where we were all sure we would get killed by evil clowns hiding in our garages? Well, this movie planted circus tents in the middle of nowhere and then showed a group of evil people. Clowns? I think so. The CGI was out of this world. I'm not even entirely sure it was CGI. WHERE ARE THE DRAGONS?!?!!?!!!?!?!!?!??!!!!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!!?!??!?!?!?!? George, the main character, had the best attitude in the history of film. Everyone bow down to the King of Sass! He and Princess Lunna had so much chemistry in the film that I was honestly convinced that they were married for the first half. I didn't actually get to the end of the movie, but I really hope they end up together. OMG i cried When Elm died. Not really sure who he was, but he was one of the best characters in the entire movie. RIP my man There was this one kid with a really strange name that kind of just showed up and messed around for half of the film. He wasn't really that important, but when he was kidnapped, I swear the entire room screamed. There was this one dude, Tarik, who was an absolute legend. I thought he died, but then he wasn't dead just like the CGI dragons and- OH MAN YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS MOVIE. Garth was the only American dude in the entire movie, but whatever. It's not like accent consistency matters in a fairytale. He was also uncomfortably obsessed with licorice, which I didn't even know existed in the middle ages! You learn something new every day! Between the unintentionally creepy dialogue (e.g. "Shh! Don't talk to me." "Smells like a princess." "Don't hang me upside-down! I get nosebleeds!"), obscure characters that found a way into my heart (e.g. Tattoo man), and the twists and turns that kept us on the edge of our seats... 10/10. I would totally see this movie again! RAWR!!!!!!! XD ;) LUV U BBS Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member I very much enjoyed this one. The CGI isn't the best, but it still is very entertaining. It's very down to earth, accept for the dragon, but no magic, which is nice. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Goofy fun. Clean, silly, but doesn't take itself too seriously. Okay to watch with the family, but not made just for the kids. Not great cinema, but fun to watch. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Aside from the rubbish story and script this does have a largely famous walk on cast and a mixture of highs and lows.
