Marcello M Creative, funny, super meta, and made with love. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/26/23 Full Review Vitoria F Remembering the legacy of Disney's golden age is always great. Good that they gave a lot of focus to Horace Horsecollar, which the studio for many decades seems to pretend does not exist. The fluidity from CGI to hand-drawing is jaw-dropping! I understand that the main focus was not on telling a story, but playing with that animation flexibility. But playing one-sixth of the time with pain gags is something that I personally find very distasteful, and not all that funny in today's entertainment. Disney should take advantage of the idea of mixing CGI and hand drawing to make other short films, but with more content. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 07/25/23 Full Review Audience Member One of the most visually creative short films ever released, even if you don't care much for Mickey Mouse taking full advantage of its blending of two dimensions of animation for maximum laughter that would cause Monstropolis from Monsters Inc (as opposed to Monstropolis from Finding Nemo, I know) to suffer a power outage. I found this short to be much more fun than the overrated (which doesn't mean bad but I never expected it to become the phenomenon it did, even back in 2013) Frozen. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member This animated short was amazing! The way they incorporated the classic black and white with the colorful CGI was great! I LOVED the Oswald The Lucky Rabbit Cameo! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member An amazing combination of 2D and 3D! You need to watch it in 3D to really appreciate it. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 04/17/18 Full Review Audience Member A visionary way to mould the original and contemporary as far as Disney is concerned.
