Justin Burke The Australian It is illuminating, if unedifying, viewing. Aug 10, 2017 Full Review Alissa Wilkinson Vox The single most useful insight of Get Me Roger Stone is that men like Stone are driven not so much by ideology as by an overweening thirst for power and celebrity, propelled by absolute antipathy for their enemies. Rated: 4/5 Jul 12, 2017 Full Review Brad Newsome Sydney Morning Herald An important film that will change nothing. Jul 12, 2017 Full Review Brett Michael Dykes Uproxx To understand the enigma that was the Trump campaign, one must first understand the man behind the historic presidential run. Audience Member Screw Tucker Carlson Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member it's just a fake political hit job. you can see the same junk on any liberal news station if you want to believe the propaganda machine. Find it odd how the liberal media hasn't written one good thing about our elected president. not a single good thing. Why continue watching or reading those liars who are willing to win at all costs. They attempt to make Roger Stone out to be the exact type of person they are. it's kind of disgusting to watch. We are not in a communist country, don't try to manipulate me. LIARS! Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review jona i Somewhat bias, but it is informative and revealing. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Get Me Roger Stone is a chilling and riveting portrait of a man who makes no pretense of morality, for whom the ends absolutely justify the means, no matter how loathsome. While he purports to operate always within the law, a jury of his peers recently begged to differ. As a boy of 8, Roger Stone by his own account lied shamelessly to swing his elementary school mock presidential election and never looked back. He went on to a gleeful career of dirty tricks (and worse) on behalf of Nixon, Reagan, both Bushes, and Trump, the last of whom he began urging to run for president in the 1980s If you want to understand Trump's campaign, election, and presidency, this absorbing documentary is a great place to start. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member As much a snapshot of the nadir to which American politics generally has sunk as the portrait of one of its backroom avatars, this is a fascinating and dispiriting overview of the Trump election campaign and its peculiar delight in trashing everyone who gets in the way. Roger Stone claims to revel in his own ignominy, and the only failing here is that we learn so little about what engendered such cynicism. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Chris L Roger Stone gets painted as both a political genius and neurotic menace in this thorough, well-balanced documentary.
