Synopsis
In this documentary composed of archival television footage and original interviews, Adam Isidore sets out to find a group of 16 Harlem residents who, as children, appeared in a public service feature on TV where they described their hopes and career aspirations. Isidore has an extended conversation with each of them, during which they reveal the ways their adult lives differ from their early ambitions, including one man who wanted to be president but who now works as a puppeteer.
