Bryce B Feb 4 Wonderful and authentic. The street scenes are amazing. This is 1929 folks. This was one of the first ‘talkies’. The characters the signs. It’s like a Time Machine. See more 09/19/2014 A fun, old-time soundtrack with a tedious plot tacked on. See more 07/04/2011 Great flick for Independence Day. See more 06/05/2011 I'm not sure it even deserves 3 stars, it was okay and I only give it 3 stars for one skit that was funny in the whole movie: There was quite a few major things I disliked about this movie. 3 at least. See more 02/21/2009 The history behind this film is more interesting than the actual film itself. Musical Fanatics that want a history lesson should check this out. Otherwise, it's pretty boring.
