Cantor was extremely popular in the 1930s on the radio, and in mostly routine movies that showcased his inimitable, infectious style of song, dance and (sometimes risque) comedy. He has a small part in the meager 1957 biopic "The Eddie Cantor Story," starring Keefe Brasselle.
