Aaron M A 90's movie with that naked gun sort of silliness, the very same intention is there but it just isn't that funny, I guess it was the writers, in comedy it's all about the writers. Bill Pullman is nice to see, he's done other similar type of silly films like space balls, and scary movie. The movie is light hearted and tries to be comedic, although a bit too silly as a film a child or teen would enjoy. It's cute, fun and silly, with a nice leading actor.
