Hugo Hernández Valdivia Cinexcepción ... the film shows how religion has not ceased to be a corporate issue, quite profitable for those who administer it, who are true entrepreneurs. [Full review in Spanish] Rated: 6.5/10 Dec 13, 2017 Full Review Alejandro Alemán El Universal With clear influence of the Scorsese's films, the film exposes the fraudulent world of faith, all without false morality and with plenty of black humor. [Full review in Spanish] Jan 5, 2016 Full Review Jessica Oliva Cine Premiere Harold Torres and Carlos Bardem support the entire movie and kept intriguing, though, as the end approaches, the argument loses strictness and neglects his characters in order to offer the twists and suspense a thriller promises. [Full review in Spanish] Rated: 3.5/5 Sep 15, 2015 Full Review Sofía Ochoa Rodríguez En Filme The message seems to be so strong and his situation is so desperate that Gonzalez will start to assume a new role in his life: a more determined, bright and gloomy. [Full review in Spanish] Rated: 3.5/5 Sep 15, 2015 Full Review Carlos Bonfil La Jornada The film explores these raw situations perhaps inspired in Hollywood films, but with feet firmly planted on an actual Mexican reality. [Full review in Spanish] Sep 13, 2015 Full Review Mabel Salinas En la butaca The film has an interesting premise and a fresh topic. [Full review in Spanish] Sep 13, 2015 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member The Mexican Joker. A fascinating critique towards capitalism and religion organizations. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member A harsh but at the same time funny reality. Gonzalez carries slow pace but it satisfies as a drama thriller. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Super cool, stunningly shot, and never dull though it tells the story of the lazy slip from poverty into crime. Amazing that compared to powerlessness, criminality looks a lot like entrepreneurship. An action thriller for the thinking film fan. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews
