"Good Neighbours" is a Canadian production set in Montreal about the various residents in an old apartment building and a plot around their lives. The film has a Son of Sam vibe since their is a serial killer on the loose. Very suspenseful with all the three leads giving us well developed characters while keeping you on the edge of your seat until the rather twisty ending. The movie could have been four stars but there are some plot holes that bring the rating down.
