Damien T Well, here we are again with another 80s Slasher. Most of the 80s slasher films aren't my favourite, one of them is "Graduation Day". I did not like the screenplay, the cinematography, the acting performances and the plot, while Christopher George's performance was pretty good. The score was below average along with the direction for me. I'll give this film 2 out of 5 stars and a "D" grade. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 10/22/23 Full Review Sean S I only watched this, because I have been recently been watching all B movie actress Linnea Quigley's films that I can find floating around. She is in it much more than most of her movies. The movie had to be a bomb when it came out, but it it does fall into those C rated 1980's horror movies. The acting arts teacher in it who plays some narcissistic pervert was also the director of the movie and probably shagged Linnea Quigley to get her into it. The high school track team kid looks like he is 35, which is kind of discomforting and the special effects are pretty bad also. It is ok for background noise. It was one of heavy drinker and smoker Christopher George's last films before he died in his 50's of a heart attack. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 07/23/23 Full Review Computey D A Decent Slasher Movie. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/18/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie is another forgotten 80s horror movie!! I loved the movie and the killer music too!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review bill t Atypical slasher movie has the audacity to, when the killer is revealed, to suddenly become really interesting and gripping. But before that, random teenager killings.. well, ok, they're all part of the school track and field club. WHO IS KILLING THEM ALL? Not very interesting.. but when the killer is revealed, it all just becomes wacky, and that saves it, Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review steve d It does not have one scene of scares. Jacob Knight Birth.Movies.Death. For a cheap cash-in (which this no doubt is), there's still a solid amount going on under Graduation Day's hood, even as the bodies begin to pile toward the ceiling. Nov 13, 2017 Full Review Brian Orndorf Blu-ray.com It's completely goofball stuff, but engaging and, at times, exciting, giving a notoriously lazy genre a firm towel snap as it strives to turn a minimal budget into a nail-biter. Rated: B Sep 27, 2014 Full Review Dustin Putman TheBluFile.com An ideal weekend movie, the sort of entertaining low-budget horror item that will work best for audiences looking to unwind and have fun after a long, busy work week. Rated: 2.5/4 Sep 8, 2014 Full Review Tim Brayton Antagony & Ecstasy Its chief merit is that it lacks the awesome stupidity of many of its successors. Rated: 4/10 Jun 15, 2012 Full Review Emanuel Levy EmanuelLevy.Com Rated: 3/5 Aug 22, 2005 Full Review Andreas Samuelson Slasherpool Clichd, forgettable 80s teen slasher lacking all kind of originality or characterization Rated: 2/5 Aug 14, 2005 Full Review Read all reviews
