no film takes this postmodernism quite so far as John Poliquin's Grave Encounters 2, which... produces a conceptual hall of mirrors to match the labyrinthine asylum in which filmmaking characters will eventually become trapped (again).

I think some aspects of this film were worse than the first, but I like how they tied in the story and it really made it good for me. People say this one is less "scary" but I disagree. They seem to miss the point of these films. It's not about jump scares and ghouls. It's psychological. The ever-bending reality around anyone who steps foot in this asylum. I think they beautiful expanded on the concept from before; especially that elevator scene!

Simply to say it’s no where near as terrifying as the first. It would do you well to just skip to minute 36 in the movie as the start is pointless and rather annoying

This movie was so bad that I had to make a whole account on here to let everyone know. I would’ve rather watched Ghost Adventures react to a fart reverb in an abandoned asylum than watch this again. Terrible CGI and ghosts picking up cameras ultimately made the movie feel goofy. Also, their choice of songs throughout the movie was a whole 2 uncopywrited bass maxed beats. Every time they partied or drove, it was the same song. Probably the worst films I’ve ever watched lol If you want a good laugh though, ironically, this is the thing to watch.
