Audience Member Wonderful songs and interesting clips but Micheal Feinstein as host is dull and drags the documentary down whenever he is on screen. Rated 3.5/5 Stars •  Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member This was a fantastic documentary on the American songbook, running along the same vein as the That's Entertainment movies. A couple things could have been improved: less singing from the host- we all know that these songs have been covered by hundreds of talented singers. There should be footage of someone else.
