Made for tv dreck. The ATC stuff was somewhat accurate but plenty to roll eyes at for those that understand aviation. Kiefer is the only thing holding this turd together at all and it really wasn't worth it.

A highly entertaining film that makes good use of the suspense potential in the critical job performed by air traffic controllers. An outstanding cast and well written dialog gives the film a strong feel of verisimilitude.
