Dennis Harvey Variety The rough edges of Sun-Higginson's Kickstarter-funded feature lend it an ingratiating, unpretentious modesty. Apr 6, 2015 Full Review Miranda Nelson Georgia Straight As filmmaker Shannon Sun-Higginson shows, harassment and sexism is hardly a new development in gaming; in fact, for women it is to be expected. Mar 27, 2018 Full Review Josef Arbiv FILMINK (Australia) GTFO is confronting, frightening and, at times, disheartening, yet it's ultimately optimistic and needs to be seen. Apr 22, 2016 Full Review Cody Ray Shafer Under the Radar GTFO is as important as it is frightening. Rated: 6/10 Jul 14, 2015 Full Review Joanna Robinson Vanity Fair GTFO: Get The F% Out may not reach those it most needs to, but it might reach the next generation coming up and, in changing their attitude, achieve its ultimate goal: making a documentary like this one a relic of a bygone era. Leticia q Nahh who sweared the crazy 😝 Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 12/30/23 Full Review Audience Member A propaganda hit piece presented as a documentary. What an embarrassment the "paid" critics have such zero value with their ratings. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Audience Member This could have been a really good documentary. It upsets me with how flip floppy it gets with its points. This is an important issue, that needs attention, but this documentary plays dirty with its information. The best parts of the documentary are towards the end and the middle with the Jenny story. Jenny's story was a fantastic way to portray the issues. A big thing this documentary does wrong is it includes Anita Sarkeesien. That instantly devalues the trust I have in the information presented, given the fact that Anita is a very big liar and a thief. She's not the kind of person you want in such an important documentary. It's genuinely such a shame. This could have been a lot better and a lot more trustworthy, but it's filled to the brim with both good and bad examples. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member I understand what this documentary is saying. It makes some good points that I agree with. However, on a technical level, this film is awful. The video and audio quality are absolutely horrendous. This is absolutely unacceptable for any film of any budget. So, why 2 stars then instead of 1/2 star? One for the actual content and another for the editing, which I thought was decent. The animations were cute. If this movie were more well-presented I'd rate it higher, but I just can't look past the technical issues, I'm sorry. Avoid, you can find better videos on this topic on YouTube. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member The reviewer's score on Rotten Tomatoes used to actually mean something. Lately, the audience has been far more reliable. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member Wow. There's trolls everywhere including on this movie's user review. That dude's rant just enforces the need to see this movie. Internet trolling just needs to die, but unfortunately, I don't see that happening anytime soon. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Read all reviews
