06/09/2022 Guns, Girls and Gangsters is a Mamie Van Doren movie. The blonde bombshell is the plot. The subplot is a heist/revenge movie with no surprises. Lee Van Cleef elevates the acting. See more 02/10/2013 Okay, this is not a good movie, but irregardless, I really liked it! It's a pretty standard crime tale about some guys wanting to rob a Las Vegas casino shipment, but you get beautiful, though wooden, Mamie Van Doren and Lee Van Cleef as her jealous escaped convict husband, all done in a super trashy manner that borders on Ed Wood levels of corniness, which all adds up to a whole lot of fun. So my ***1/2 star rating is not really for film quality but is more about simple enjoyment. See more Read all reviews
