In the rural village of Nakchon, South Korea, no one's died in the past 10 years. What's good for community morale is bad for the elderly owner (Oh Hyeon-kyeong) of the local funeral parlor. With no bodies to collect, life's leisurely for his employees, including his grandson, Jae-hyun (Im Chang-jung). Jae-hyun spends his time with the luckless Cheol Ku (Kim Chang-wan) and a strange local kid (Jung Eun-pyo) intent on becoming an undertaker. But they're becoming impatient waiting for a death.

Audience Member A movie that tells a simple and straightforward story, yet contains humour which is morbid at the same time. Certain issues that the movie depicts can be considered as reel life turned into real life. Something noteworthy is that this movie was one of the first movies that Chang-jeong Im stars in.
