Surreal to the point of dreamlike, 'Halloween is Grinch Night' has Dr. Seuss's iconic touch but ultimately lacks focus or cohesion by pulling the most random aspects out of thin air and doesn't so much as bother as to mention.

Mildly entertaining Dr. Seuss short for Halloween which acts as a Halloween counterpart to "How the Grinch Stole Christmas." It isn't as classic or as good as the original short and it's source material, but for some light Halloween entertainment for the kids you could do worse.
