C.H. Newell Father Son Holy Gore With a low-key atmosphere, handheld camerawork, and a very creepy villain, this is a decent ride through familiar territory. Rated: 3.5/5 May 5, 2019 Full Review Matt Donato We Got This Covered Hangman doesn't rewrite found footage history, but it plays to enough of the genre's strengths in this creepy little home invasion tale. Rated: 6/10 Feb 21, 2016 Full Review Christian Toto HollywoodInToto.com Another quality horror film damaged by the increasingly dopey found footage format. Rated: 2.5/4 Feb 8, 2016 Full Review Fred Topel Nerd Report Very scary normal activity. Oct 15, 2015 Full Review Joel Harley Starburst This one will leave you terrified of your own home, jumping at every creak of the floorboard or bump in the night. And God help you if you happen to live in a house with an attic. Rated: 9/10 Sep 11, 2015 Full Review Read all reviews

Diana S Very disturbing, but like so many films in the surveillance-style horror genre, there are inconsistencies in the logic of the shown footage. You always have to wonder who is showing you the footage and what their motivation is and it can be distracting because the director doesn't always know, I don't think. Still a cut above most like it. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 06/02/24 Full Review Steve Z This movie was Creepy AF. Great uneasy feeling the whole movie. The kind of movie that you shouldn't feel good about yourself after.... But you do. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 12/17/23 Full Review Mark S I haven't been this creeped out for quite a while, watching a movie. SO disturbing. I yelled numerous times. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/21/23 Full Review s l I liked it quite a bit. It won't ever be in my top horror movies but it's worth watching. After Blair Witch, which I liked, I'm not normally drawn to movies with footage, and I didn't even realize that's what I was getting into. But it kept my attention throughout, and that's a hard feat anymore, especially with tablets and phones to fidget with when one's at home watching movies. It was interesting trying to figure out what was going on, why it was going on, what was going to happen next. I did keep waiting for a climax akin to a thrill chase and fight, and I didn't get that but it didn't matter. Just feeling like it was coming was enough, that gave me tension akin to anxiety. The fact that I didn't get such a thrill chase didn't make a difference. The villain was creepy! The movie was creepy! I know how scary attics (and basements) can be. I'm glad I have neither right now. Just knowing that this type of stuff can happen is what makes it really scary. It fused their everyday normal life with something horrible brewing in the background that they had a bit of a sense of, but not enough. They kept thinking their everyday normal life was simply that. That juice left out on the table had so many explanations, and unfortunately they chose to believe the wrong one. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Liam D While it has a typical Horror gimmick but writer and director Adam Mason (Junkie, Drawing Out Genius) makes A Tense and sometimes Disturbing Thriller Rated 4 out of 5 stars 11/07/21 Full Review Audience Member to be honest, the movie is not that great. not a lot happens & the stuff that does is really just mildly annoying, albeit in a creepy fashion. then all of a sudden it just escalates from 0 to 100 & ends. as a film: not great. but i REALLY liked the concept; it's quite an original thought if you ask me. it's like found footage meets creep meets two pigeons. i wouldn't be sad if someone decided to steal the concept & make it better.
