Christopher C. M More stories from the 13 episode TV show sewn together for the movie, which can hurt the pacing a bit. And again, the social worker who knows she's not lying but tried to put her in an orphanage anyway, I'm thinking she gets paid by the child. The dubbing is better in this one but still a lot of eating. I wonder if there was this much eating in the books? Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member Childhood favorite/classic Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member After watching this I insisted on dressing as Pippi Longstocking for some third-grade "favourite book character" project. My mom put wire hangers in my hair to make my braids stick out from my head. Patches were attached to my dress with bobby pins, which stuck into my skin and scratched my legs all through the day. I didn't pull them out, because I was afraid my mother would beat me for ruining the costume. So, yeah, pretty good movie. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Probably the best Pippi movie of them all! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member En av Astrid Lindsgrens bästa karaktärer. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member I love Pippi's attitude and cool adventures. A childhood without the original Pippi movies is not a real childhood. Or at least read the books to your kids. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Read all reviews
