Critics think this is a better movie than Fight Club. This isn't a better movie than Wild Things (Kevin Bacon and gang). It's a played-out premise of friends turning on each other. There is nothing to salvage it. The water is pretty, but not explored AT ALL. There is NO horror, and VERY mild "gore". The ending is dumb. None of the characters are likable or worth rooting for. The only saving grace is the relatively short run time.

Had a great time watching this! It was the perfect horror/black comedy combo without unintentionally being like "Scary Movie" levels of absurdity. The thriller element was on point too - I did not foresee the ending.
