There's poetic justice and blind justice then there's ironic justice. This one is a vigilante justice that gets away with murder because of the incompetent of the police force that was in charge of catching the criminal in the first place. The characters are a bit cliche but that's an inevitability in about all vigilante movies. Still, Michael Cane makes any character unique.
