Horrible libertarian porn that I remember from when I was 11. Saw it lately, and sure enough, not only is the acting bad, the story deluded and probably makes for wank material for the sovereign citizen's movement.

This is one of the worst movies ever made. Keith Merrill's bleak story of a man fighting the IRS is just awful, truly dreadful, and the ending, one of the single stupidest endings ever.
