M authentic portrayal of what really happens to good people from the holler who lack opportunities. a movie about kentucky that does not play into the stereotypes, but shows complex characters. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/12/25 Full Review Andy G Destigmatizing story about what the opioid epidemic means for the average person. Lots of truth revealed: the cash-only docs and pharma are the real villains, not the average user who often also gets stuck selling some of their supply. The moment of atonement/redemption with the photographs took my breath away. It showed how complicated all the grief is. STAY FOR THE CREDITS - it’s the second best part of the movie. Well done. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/15/25 Full Review len s Interesting movie describing the extent of the opioid addiction in Appalachia. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/25 Full Review Read all reviews
