09/25/2012 Pretentious, slow and desperate to convince you you're watching art. Instead of telling a story the filmmakers jiggle their camera and light everything in this oversaturated orange color pallette. If you ignore the arthouse (failed) ambition what you have is a Lifetime movie of the week. The acting's not bad (its also not great) but everything else about this film is amateurish. The filmmakers clearly take themselves waaaaaay too seriously. See more 03/02/2012 Zak Forsmans directing feels very real and with the help of his talented actors this film is amazingly absorbing.
