As Oseman bids a fond farewell to her sunny world, Heartstopper Forever is a satisfying conclusion to the story of two boys whose illuminating journey of self-discovery feels rare and valuable on screen, even if there’s a certain cringe factor to it. Go to Full Review

The film builds on the series’ radical promise: care without end. Care for your boyfriend. Care for your trans friend who needs you right now. Care for ourselves while caring for someone else. But the idea of what loving someone means has grown up. Go to Full Review

Overall, it's a spirited attempt at adaptation, although given the starting point for this story, and the overall focus of Oseman's webcomic original, we do spend most of our time following Nick and Charlie through their fast-flowing year. Go to Full Review

What makes Heartstopper a defiant show is its insistence on care, of characters turning up for each other, making mistakes, and showing compassion. Go to Full Review

M W @RT51554327 38m Great performances - Fab direction and a fitting ending to an important series ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ See more cole H @astraIIo 1h thank you heartstopper for retroactively healing me. so much love to Alice, Joe, Kit, Yas, Will, Kiz, Corinna, Jenny, Toby, Leila, Rhea and all the cast & crew for bringing this to life so lovingly. one of the best and most consistent book adaptations i've ever seen. See more Zhi Y @RT12772903 7h Heartstopper Forever is more than just a movie to me—it became a part of my own journey. Watching it felt like seeing emotions and experiences I had struggled to put into words. It reminded me that there is nothing wrong with being who I am, and that accepting myself is not something to be ashamed of, but something to be proud of. The story is full of warmth, honesty, and hope, and it captures both the joy and the fear that can come with discovering yourself. This movie left a lasting impact on me. It gave me comfort during a time when I needed it most and helped me take another step toward accepting myself for who I truly am. For that, I'll always be grateful. Thank you to Alice Oseman who brought this beautiful story to life. Heartstopper Forever isn't just a film—it's a reminder that love, kindness, and self-acceptance can change someone's life. See more Dustin P @DJpotenza 8h Truly amazing! It does an amazing job wrapping everything up, but it leaves you wanting! See more Grace S @RT49615352 9h Great way to conclude the story See more matthias S @Thescreenasvor 13h As a huge *Heartstopper* fan, I was counting down the days until *Heartstopper Forever*, so it pains me to say it's not as good as the series. Don't get me wrong, it's definitely not a bad movie. The warmth, romance, humor, and emotional moments that made the show so special are all still here. My biggest issue is that the story simply feels too small for a feature film. It honestly could have been a special episode or, even better, another full season. The supporting characters barely get any meaningful screen time, leaving most of their storylines behind. I still had a great time watching it and I'll genuinely miss this franchise. I just wish the final chapter had aimed a little bigger. **3.5/5.** See more Read all reviews
