As a whole, it is touching enough to make some cry. And even with everything I still don't really get about the film, I found myself enjoying aspects of it. Go to Full Review

Jay W @RT52162311 Jul 11 Starting with the positives, the movie does not overstay its welcome, it is a sharp 97 minutes. It is also a very creative movie, in both the story and in the visuals. The animation style is fine, I'm not the biggest fan of the 2.5D animation style, but it isn't inherently bad. The downside is that some of that creativity comes at the expense of story comprehension. It feels like the movie is making up the rules of this world as it goes along. There is no way to grasp any tension in the story because there is no understanding of the logic of the world. Likewise, the way the story unfolds leads to some very... disturbing and questionable ramifications. See more 09/16/2021 Well , This movie is a really awesome one for mostly Sci-fi fans. This movies' lead i.e. Naomi and Ichigyou are more or less soulmates . In all this movie , actually gives us a bit of rough idea about what true live really is. See more 07/08/2021 After i watched. I can draw a conclusion. It seems like Orange for the 50 percent and the rest 50 is unique absolutely. Honestly, it's a good anime to start, not so emotionally stable movie. I found the heart factor I mean the warmth between the two explained is indeed a big failure in it. As the otaku community sees in it, it's not completely felt like a classic and really I do feel the same. It failed to bring out the tears actually which is the main factor of the movie. The heart content is a very important factor in the romance sci-fi genre. It completely felt like a newbie in the Japanese animation culture. Although the animation is really flattering and crystal clear but from an otaku point of view, the overall content is far down than the threshold. I give it a 3.5 out of 5 for the hard word, animation, and the uniqueness of the content. Also if they put some extra 10 to 17 minutes of romantic or slice of life warmth in it, the outcome could astonishingly blow your mind... After all, they make The Another World making it quite higher in the sense of character development and romantic sauce on it but it's also not that great to achieve the goal to make a mark on the well-remembered anime list, which is developed its impact and made a quite higher standard since past few years.
