Dennis Harvey Variety Too mild in its suspense and too pat in its soapy emphasis on maternal suffering. Sarfaraz A Sarah Conradt wrote the film, which is in both English and Italian, and Robert Salerno directed it. The film stars Connie Britton, Freya Hannan-Mills, and Giovanni Cirfiera. The film is about a woman (Connie) who teaches at a Catholic school where her daughter also studies, who is unable to talk for 10 years due to an accident. She enjoys playing the piano. One day, while bicycling she encounters an accident and after which she can now talk, but her conduct has changed from normal to cold-hearted. The film is promoted as horror, yet it is actually semi-psychological thriller. It is not something you should see or regret not watching. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 10/23/24 Full Review Maximiliano R I can't find a different word to describe it than BORING. The idea is ok, someone coming back to life from death, but everything is weird, slow and without rythm. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 09/29/24 Full Review Jerod S Britton's daughter is dead for 20 minutes and when she comes back to life, she brings the tragedy of their past with them. Then it gets schmaltzy, not scary. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 09/15/24 Full Review Read all reviews
