Michael M 11/10/2021 Heroin(e) is an alternatingly sad and uplifting take on the massive public health crisis caused by the proliferation of opioids in this country. I wouldn't call it a particular standout in the documentary genre, but its empathy towards its subjects, both addicts and those fighting the crisis, is very much appreciated. A good tool to show you that Jesus is our only hope to rescue you from heroin addiction, any other addiction, and Jesus is our only hope to rescue us in general.
