Blazej C Nov 11 Its definitely a unique film, a lot of the time its unhinged, crazy even, its definitely not perfect, but it sure gives you a certain rare kind of experience that you can't get anywhere else. I bet the original version that wasn't released was better than this one, but at least we can see something that some-what resembles the original vision. It introduced me to Ralph Bakshi's work, which is something to know if you're interested in cinematography, I definitely recommend it. See more 08/24/2015 I actually kind of like this movie. I really like the idea of Ralph Bakshi doing a sort of coming of age comedy set in the 1950's. While this film is not perfect, there is some good dialogue here and a few cool characters. I think out of all the Bakshi films I've seen, this one might have my favorite ending.
