Tom Elliott (Kermit Maynard) must save his brother, Phil (Paul Fix), after he joins a gang of bandits. When Phil and another man are suspected by the police of stealing a cache of jewels, Tom confesses to the crime instead, hoping that his sacrifice will propel his brother to abandon his wicked ways. But Phil does not stop, and Tom is set free when it becomes clear that he did not commit the crime. Phil is ordered by the gang to kill Tom, and brother must now face brother.
