Eli K Can't put under List tag. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 07/16/24 Full Review Audience Member It's a pretty good movie, but some of the acting isn't great Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review dan m A made for TV movie(at just over 3 hours by the way) about the life of the most infamous figure in history. Robert Carlyle does a scary good job in the role, and it's got a pretty good cast of supporting characters too, including the same guy who portrayed Goebbels in Inglorious Basterds. Watching this during the current political times is a bit too on the nose in comparison to a certain you know who(angry father disappointed in his son, insane hate speeches blaming "foreign invaders", rabid followers, yucky sexualized relationship with a much younger relative). Just saying. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Very well done. A compelling narrative of the rise of the most influential man of the 20th century. The story was mostly spot on with only a few embellishments. The focus on Hitler's antisemitism, while to be expected, leaves out much of the truth about his election and his platform. John Toland's definitive biography is much more on point. Still, for a biographical movie, it's well done. I don't believe that Hitler was "Evil" however, no man is good nor evil, they are just men. It is only their deeds which can be judged. I will not judge any man until I have walked in their shoes. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member Good insight into Hitler's uprising and becoming the man we all know in history today. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member Good to know a portion of history, the rise of Hitler and people around him. I guess it was originally made as either a documentary on history channel or short tv drama. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 09/10/18 Full Review Read all reviews
