M F @RT10731486 3d This film does a great job helping viewers to encounter deeper understanding of some of the real people experiencing homelessness. It fosters empathy and shows some things that seem helpful to people who have experienced severe trauma and barriers. Some of the experts have helpful suggestions for policies, and the concluding advocacy for housing first with supportive services tracks well with evidence-based practices. People were treated with dignity and respect throughout the film, and they seemed more hopeful after. That being said, I'd be curious how many unhoused people have the opportunity to engage the kind of program covered by this documentary. I may have missed it, but it might be helpful to share more on what further solutions are working to help people to reach their goals, especially since cities like Houston and Milwaukee have had significant recent success housing thousands of people sustainably. That wasn't the goal of this film, but I'm always looking for more of that See more Robert H @RT41578592 May 8 Life is never straight forward,we all could be that homeless person but if we understand and try to be more respectful we can all help to make a life better Don't just judge and walk past See more Luciana F @RT46934832 May 8 Amazing. There but for the grace of God could go I. As a world we need to do much more to care for the mentally ill, substance abuse, and our veterans. Thank you Mr. Zanoli for making this film. The music performed by Bonnie Tyler is truly beautiful, it adds warmth through her wonderful husky tones. I personally like how the film gives you an insightful perspective, and how eye opening it is on the reality of homelessness. See more Balázs B @RT74351915 Apr 29 The film is very human, sad and uplifting at the same time. Introduces the lost people hidden behind the glittering Las Vegas. In our fast-paced world, we completely forget or don't even notice the homeless. But they are here and they want to be happy too. I think anyone who watches this film will think differently about the homeless afterwards. The story sheds light on this global problem. Unabashedly. It says what many do not dare or do not want to say. The homeless live in the shadows, but they long for light and care. Many want to be part of society. This movie says a lot, good and bad. It has a big impact on the viewer. It's hard to write it down without tears. Especially when the song "One World One Home" by Bonnie Tyler comes on. It's not enough to watch this movie once. You have to watch it multiple times. The music is excellent, Bonnie Tyler's sensual singing is perfect. The soundtrack is so powerful, deep and heartbreaking. The film and the song is very charity...
