Carla Hay Culture Mix Honey Money Phony is a lightweight comedy that falls short of its potential. The story (about people trying to retrieve stolen money from a con artist) gets convoluted and dull very quickly. The performances are adequate while the plot spirals into folly. Julian A fun popcorn film. The main character was so cute and dorky yet still sexy. The story was pretty simple and it wasn’t overtly romantic or slow.
