Just part of the compilation of movies this came on. Aside from that, the acting was pathetic and the scenes didn't make much sense, but the story was intriguing. Lots going on, and the villain was kind of enigmatic, even if a bit silly. So there was potential, but based on the badly edited copy I have, it wasn't very good.
